Shipping Policy
Thank you so much for your order! Each adornment is handcrafted with love and care. I ship all orders from Merion Station, Pennsylvania via USPS Ground Advantage®, which includes:
- Delivery within 2–5 business days across the continental U.S.
- $100 of insurance included for both outbound and return shipments
- USPS Tracking® service at no additional cost
Processing Times
All orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days of order placement. During peak holiday seasons, processing may extend to 5-10 business days, unless otherwise noted on the site. I always strive to prepare and dispatch your adornments as swiftly as possible.
Delivery Times
Once shipped, USPS typically delivers packages within 2–5 business days. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and USPS operations.
Tracking Your Order
Upon shipment, you'll receive a confirmation email with your USPS tracking number. You can monitor your package's journey using this number on the USPS Tracking page.
Missing or Delayed Packages
If your package hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, or if tracking indicates delivery but you haven't received it, please:
Contact your local post office with your tracking number. They often have more detailed information about delivery issues.

For packages lost or damaged in transit, you may file a claim with USPS, as $100 insurance is included with USPS Ground Advantage shipments. Additional coverage up to $5,000 is available for purchase if needed.

Currently, I offer shipping within the United States only. I appreciate your understanding and support.
