Return, Exchange & Store Credit Policy

At Adorned by Abena, each adornment is handcrafted with care, intention, and love. As a small artisan brand, I am deeply committed to the quality of every piece and the beauty of your experience.

Because each adornment is handmade and/or custom-made, I offer exchanges or store credit only for eligible online purchases within 14 days of your purchase date.

If you would like to request an exchange or store credit, please email me at support@adornedbyabena.com within 14 days of your order date.
All returns must be approved before you send anything back.

*Once your return is approved, I will provide the return address and detailed instructions for shipping your item back to me.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in original condition with packaging intact.
  • You will be responsible for the cost of shipping your items back to me unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please note:
Some sale, promotional, custom, and limited edition items are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. I will always note this clearly on the product page before you purchase.

Final Sale Items (Not Eligible for Return or Exchange)

  • Custom engraved or custom-designed pieces
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Gift cards
  • Discounted, promotional, clearance, or permanently marked-down merchandise (listed as final sale)

In-Person Purchases

All in-person purchases including those purchased at events are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your adornment arrives damaged or defective, please contact me at support@adornedbyabena.com within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once verified, I will gladly offer a replacement or issue store credit.

Order Cancellations

Because each piece is lovingly prepared and often processed quickly, I cannot guarantee cancellations once an order has been placed. If you need assistance, please reach out to me as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been fulfilled yet, I’ll do my best to help.
